Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility in Alabama)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Adaptable, with the ability to work independently in new environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, develop, and implement IEPs for students with communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Conduct screenings, diagnostics, and progress monitoring
