Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFYs also considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous
• Strong ability to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services in both group and individual settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Partner with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to support student goals
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams
