Speech Language Pathologist in Daphne, AL

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or eligibility
• Prior experience working with children or within educational settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff and families
• Ability to conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and create targeted therapy plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with communication, speech, and language disorders
• Develop individualized goals, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to ensure academic success
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school professionals to support students’ needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to optimize student support
