Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCCs) or eligibility
- Prior experience working with children or within educational settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for effective collaboration with staff and families
- Ability to conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and create targeted therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with communication, speech, and language disorders
- Develop individualized goals, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to ensure academic success
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and other school professionals to support students’ needs
- Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations to optimize student support
