Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Active or pending Arkansas SLPA license, or eligibility to apply
- Experience in schools and with pediatric clients is a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of IEP implementation, goal tracking, and report writing
- Ability to assist with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation
- Comfort working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Openness to caseload or grade-level assignments as discussed in interviews
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
- Document session outcomes and maintain student records
- Assist with IEP development and attend relevant meetings
- Contribute to evaluations and develop engaging activities for student success
- Participate in professional development and team consultations
