Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Active or pending Arkansas license, or eligibility to obtain one
• Comfortable working under supervision of an SLP in schools
• Experience with IEPs, documentation, and pediatric speech therapy preferred (but not required)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Open to both Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and experienced SLPAs
• Dedication to supporting pediatric populations in educational contexts

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist SLP with IEP processes, report writing, and documentation
• Deliver speech-language interventions under supervision
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing multidisciplinary collaboration
• Support assessments and evaluations for students as directed
• Adapt interventions for a diverse pediatric caseload
• Caseload size and specific duties will be tailored during the interview process
