In this role, you’ll help deliver services to students alongside licensed SLPs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), participating in meetings, collaborating with team members from various disciplines, and supporting both assessment and therapy sessions. You’ll also be involved in report writing and service documentation. What we’re looking for:

  • Active or eligible-for-licensure Arkansas SLP or SLPA, or the ability to obtain one before the start date
  • Experience in school or pediatric healthcare settings is a plus, though not required
  • Interest in working with school-aged children as part of a team
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering direct and indirect therapy services under SLP supervision
  • Attending IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary planning
  • Supporting assessment, treatment, and implementation of therapy plans
  • Ensuring accurate, timely documentation and progress reporting
