Essential Qualifications:

  • Completion or pending completion of a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant program
  • Eligibility for, or possession of, an active Arkansas SLPA license
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric speech-language services
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn IEP processes, treatment planning, evaluation, and documentation
  • Ability to collaborate with SLPs and educational staff
  • New graduates/CFYs encouraged to apply; experienced SLPAs also welcome

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist SLPs in implementing treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and progress reporting
  • Conduct direct and indirect therapy services as assigned
  • Assist with evaluations, data collection, and report writing
  • Adapt to caseload and age preferences, with support from an engaged clinical team
