Essential Qualifications:
- Completion or pending completion of a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant program
- Eligibility for, or possession of, an active Arkansas SLPA license
- Experience or strong interest in school-based pediatric speech-language services
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn IEP processes, treatment planning, evaluation, and documentation
- Ability to collaborate with SLPs and educational staff
- New graduates/CFYs encouraged to apply; experienced SLPAs also welcome
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Assist SLPs in implementing treatment plans for students with speech and language needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team collaboration, and progress reporting
- Conduct direct and indirect therapy services as assigned
- Assist with evaluations, data collection, and report writing
- Adapt to caseload and age preferences, with support from an engaged clinical team
