This contract opportunity is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants who are passionate about pediatric care and eager to collaborate in school-based settings. Working alongside experienced SLPs, you’ll join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality services to students with a diverse range of needs.

What You Bring:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders or a related field
  • Active or pending Arkansas SLPA licensure, or eligibility to obtain one
  • Comfort working with pediatric populations and collaborating with teachers, SLPs, and other educators
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Experience in schools preferred, but motivated new graduates and those completing CFY are encouraged to apply
  • Willingness to contribute to IEPs, attend meetings, and participate in multidisciplinary team discussions

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP
  • Assist with assessments, treatment planning, and documentation for students’ IEPs
  • Participate in team meetings, contributing insights and supporting student growth
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote positive outcomes
  • Maintain required records and follow school, state, and federal policies
