Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Dardanelle, AR

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• SLPA with interest or experience in school or pediatric settings
• Graduate or current Clinical Fellow (CFY) encouraged, as well as SLP-CCC professionals
• Previous school-based experience is a plus, but all passionate SLPAs and SLPs are welcome
• Hold or be eligible for an Arkansas state license
• Strong communication and collaborative skills to thrive within multidisciplinary teams
• Comfortable assisting in IEP documentation, attending meetings, and engaging in all aspects of student care

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SLPs in conducting student assessments and developing treatment plans
• Assist in delivering therapy sessions and monitoring student progress
• Complete required documentation and contribute to IEPs
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with educational staff
• Focus on a pediatric caseload, with flexibility in age group or population
