Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - David City, NE

This contract opportunity seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to serve a K-12 school population in David City, Nebraska. The position is full-time, on-site, and offers a typical caseload of approximately 65 to 75 students. This role is ideal for an experienced SLP licensed to practice who is looking to contribute to the academic and communicative success of school-aged children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, interventions, and therapy services for students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in professional development and school meetings as required

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license appropriate for school settings
• Experience working with K-12 students in an educational environment
• Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders common in childhood
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families, and school personnel
• Ability to manage a caseload of 65-75 students efficiently
