A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position in Davis, CA. This role focuses on providing speech and language services to PreK and Kindergarten students, managing a caseload of approximately 25 to 35 children. The position offers a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week during the academic year from August 20, 2026, through June 4, 2027.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP license required; out-of-state candidates willing to obtain California licensure will be considered
  • Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred
  • Experience working with early childhood populations in school settings
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and communication skills tailored to young learners

Location:

  • Onsite position based in Davis, CA

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver speech therapy services to PreK and Kindergarten students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district and state regulations
