Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions to help students achieve measurable speech and language goals
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other specialists to ensure holistic, coordinated care
• Actively involve and educate families to maximize therapy benefits and support at home

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations is desirable
• Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

To Qualify:

• Hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in the appropriate state
• Possess (or be in the process of acquiring) a Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
