Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions to help students achieve measurable speech and language goals
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student outcomes
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and other specialists to ensure holistic, coordinated care
- Actively involve and educate families to maximize therapy benefits and support at home
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Experience working with pediatric or school-age populations is desirable
- Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
To Qualify:
- Hold an active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology in the appropriate state
- Possess (or be in the process of acquiring) a Master’s degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology
