Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments for students with speech and language disorders
  • Developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized treatment plans
  • Leading therapy sessions that address targeted speech and language objectives
  • Monitoring progress and maintaining detailed, organized documentation
  • Collaborating with professionals such as teachers, counselors, and other therapists for holistic care
  • Actively involving and guiding families to support students’ communication goals at home

Ideal candidates will offer:

  • A Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain it
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply
  • Experience in a pediatric or school setting is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Genuine passion for helping young learners access language and communication tools
