Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • ASHA certification and current state licensure
  • Knowledge of pediatric assessment and intervention strategies
  • Great fit for both experienced school SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFY)
  • Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with educators, parents, and support teams
  • Previous experience in school settings highly valued, but new graduates and clinical fellows are encouraged to apply

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in elementary-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate closely with classroom teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and student support planning
  • Foster a supportive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth
