Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) will be considered
• Experience with evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
• Familiarity with IEPs and school documentation requirements
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to student needs

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and comprehensive evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapy to students individually or in groups, targeting speech and language goals
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with educational staff and families to support student learning and growth
• Attend meetings, contribute to IEP process, and participate in professional development as needed
