Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligible CFY
- Familiarity with virtual/teletherapy service delivery
- Pediatric experience, especially in school-based settings
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide virtual speech-language therapy (teletherapy) for K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on students’ IEPs
- Conduct assessments and maintain accurate progress records
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input as part of the multidisciplinary team
- Adapt therapy techniques to each student’s unique needs in an online environment
