Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligible CFY
  • Familiarity with virtual/teletherapy service delivery
  • Pediatric experience, especially in school-based settings
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual speech-language therapy (teletherapy) for K-12 students
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on students’ IEPs
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate progress records
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert input as part of the multidisciplinary team
  • Adapt therapy techniques to each student’s unique needs in an online environment
