This full-time position spans from August 13th, 2026, through June 11th, 2027, with hours from 8:30 am to 4 pm. Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in a school setting highly desired
- Ability to develop and implement engaging therapy plans for elementary-aged students
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver evidence-based therapy for articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Document progress and maintain meticulous records in accordance with school guidelines
- Provide consultative services and training to educators and families as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance on communication strategies in the school environment
