We're seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC certified) to work with middle and high school students on a flexible, contract basis. Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) from ASHA
  • State SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Michigan
  • Previous experience with school-aged children, preferably at the middle or high school levels
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and IEP development skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement targeted therapy plans for diverse caseloads
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support each student's IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services, adapting sessions for individual and group needs
  • Keep thorough records and contribute to data-driven progress monitoring
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate to create a positive, inclusive learning environment

Role Details:

  • Contract position beginning as soon as possible until further notice
  • Serve students three days per week for optimal work-life flexibility
  • Work primarily with middle and high school caseloads
