Key Qualifications:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to different grade levels, with flexibility to support K-12 as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to a diverse student population
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other service providers to support student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all required compliance standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress monitoring
- Preference consideration for caseload assignments based on your strengths and interests, as well as commute/location factors
