In this role, you will support communication and language development for children from diverse backgrounds. You'll collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow specialists to ensure quality intervention and progress for every student. What we’re looking for:
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- School-based SLP experience preferred, especially with middle school students, but not mandatory
- SLPs holding CCC or those completing CFY are both welcome to apply
- Passion for supporting students’ communication needs in a school context
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized plans for students within your assigned caseload
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Coordinate closely with educational staff and families to support student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations
