Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
• School-based experience preferred, with capacity to support students with diverse communication needs
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Dedication to collaborative practice with multidisciplinary teams

What You’ll Do:

• Manage four self-contained caseloads, working directly with students who require focused interventions
• Address a variety of needs for students in the NSY (non-school year) category
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), documenting progress and aligning goals with classroom teams and families
• Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings, supporting students’ academic milestones and social growth
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
