You’ll be a valued partner in developing individualized treatment plans and collaborating with educators and families. With a flexible schedule of 21 hours across three days per week, you'll have time to maintain a healthy work-life balance and focus on delivering quality care.

Qualifications:

  • Current SLP-CCC certification required
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or ability to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school setting, especially with elementary-aged children, preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to create engaging, age-appropriate therapy activities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, identify speech and language deficits, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services to K-5 students, focusing on language, articulation, and social communication skills
  • Track progress, document sessions, and maintain accurate records
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and other relevant school activities
