Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- School-based experience preferred, with capacity to support students with diverse communication needs
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Dedication to collaborative practice with multidisciplinary teams
What You’ll Do:
- Manage four self-contained caseloads, working directly with students who require focused interventions
- Address a variety of needs for students in the NSY (non-school year) category
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), documenting progress and aligning goals with classroom teams and families
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary meetings, supporting students’ academic milestones and social growth
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
