Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license is required
- SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred
- Previous experience in school-based settings serving K-12 a plus
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Committed to providing onsite (not virtual) services throughout the assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students across various grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistency and student success
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
