Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Dearborn, MI

Ideal qualifications and experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility (SLP-CFY welcomed)
• Previous experience or strong interest in working within school or early childhood (Early On) settings
• Proficiency with individual and group therapy approaches
• Familiarity with evaluation, IEPs, and collaborating with educational teams
• State licensure or eligibility for Michigan SLP credential
• Passion for working with pediatric populations and supporting family-centered services

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to early childhood students, focusing on communication, language, and social skills
• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Monitor student progress, maintain timely documentation, and communicate results with educational staff and families
• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and support staff to support holistic student growth
