Speech Language Pathologist in Dearborn, MI

Your professional background will support a dynamic school environment, in a hands-on, onsite capacity. As you help shape young learners’ futures, you’ll collaborate with educators and families, developing and implementing evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license valid in the state of Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience working in elementary school settings, particularly with diverse student populations
• Strong teamwork, documentation, and case management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for elementary students
• Design and implement individualized therapy plans aligning with student IEP goals
• Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Monitor, document, and report on student outcomes and adjust interventions as needed
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in compliance with school and state requirements

You’ll work 32.5 hours per week on a school-year schedule, through June 18, 2027. This onsite role allows you to truly connect with students and see the impact of your work every day.
