Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience with pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
• Comfortable providing therapy to elementary, middle, and high school students
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery, if applying for virtual positions
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education and treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic success
• Conduct therapy sessions onsite or virtually, depending on assignment and preference
• Document progress and prepare reports for IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and support to students, caregivers, and educational staff
