Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Decatur, Georgia

This assignment runs from July 28, 2026, through May 27, 2027, offering both full-time (40 hours/week) and part-time flexibility to fit your career goals. Openings are available across elementary, middle, and high school levels, allowing you to leverage or expand your expertise.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required
• Current or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license
• Valid state SLP certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred, including knowledge of IEP processes
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience with teletherapy platforms a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and provide direct therapy to students (onsite or via teletherapy)
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based intervention and consultation
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development activities
