Desired Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience with pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP settings preferred
- Comfortable providing therapy to elementary, middle, and high school students
- Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery, if applying for virtual positions
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education and treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic success
- Conduct therapy sessions onsite or virtually, depending on assignment and preference
- Document progress and prepare reports for IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide guidance and support to students, caregivers, and educational staff
