Qualifications:
- Hold an active GA SLP License or GaPSC certification (one is required; both will eventually be needed)
- Accepting candidates with SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship (CF) credentials
- SLAs with appropriate GaPSC certification are welcome to apply
- Previous experience in an elementary school setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively onsite in a collaborative educational setting
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and parents to support classroom goals
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Remain current with best practices and evidence-based interventions
