Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility as an SLP
  • Previous experience working with elementary-age students (K–5) preferred
  • Strong knowledge of therapy techniques for articulation, language, fluency, and voice
  • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to manage caseloads, document therapy progress, and write individualized education plans

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Deliver engaging one-on-one and group therapy sessions
  • Consult with educators and parents, providing resources and strategies to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes in compliance with school and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute actively to student support teams
  • Stay current with best practices through ongoing professional development
