Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree or appropriate credentials in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent for SLPA)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA in Tennessee
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children within schools or healthcare settings
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply; mentorship available
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices a plus
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
Your Role:
- Deliver speech-language services to an assigned elementary school caseload
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and provide direct and consultative therapy
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Maintain comprehensive records, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Adapt to both in-person and teletherapy service delivery as needed
