Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license and certification (CCC); strong consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well
- Experience working in school settings and with pediatric caseloads
- At least 2 years of prior speech-language pathology experience preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues
- Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, communication, and related disorders
- Develop individualized therapy plans and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student growth
- Maintain thorough progress records and consult on intervention strategies to promote positive outcomes
- Provide both individual and small-group therapy across a range of student ages and abilities
