Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP license and certification (CCC); strong consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well
  • Experience working in school settings and with pediatric caseloads
  • At least 2 years of prior speech-language pathology experience preferred
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and effective collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary colleagues
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and record-keeping skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide evidence-based treatment for speech, language, communication, and related disorders
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student growth
  • Maintain thorough progress records and consult on intervention strategies to promote positive outcomes
  • Provide both individual and small-group therapy across a range of student ages and abilities
