Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure as an SLP
• Eligibility for or current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Confidence and willingness to supervise and mentor SLPAs as needed
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language services to elementary and some secondary students, including those in specialized programs
• Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
• Supervise SLPAs, providing guidance and support where required
• Adapt therapy approaches for individual student needs within both traditional and hybrid environments
