Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP license and California credential
- CCC certification, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
- Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
- Collaborative spirit for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for fostering a positive and supportive environment for students
- Adaptability to work across multiple school sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention for assigned caseload
- Engage students in creative, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to their needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports and documentation
- Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Travel between three elementary sites as scheduled, promoting consistency of care
