Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current or upcoming license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Eligible for or holding Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with elementary-aged children in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Compassionate, patient approach with students of varied backgrounds
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Position Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students across three elementary campuses
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain records, and communicate results effectively with stakeholders
• Participate in meetings, professional development, and ongoing program improvement initiatives
