Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid SLP license and California credential
  • CCC certification, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged students
  • Effective communication, organization, and documentation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborative spirit for working with multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for fostering a positive and supportive environment for students
  • Adaptability to work across multiple school sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, therapy, and intervention for assigned caseload
  • Engage students in creative, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to their needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Travel between three elementary sites as scheduled, promoting consistency of care
