Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • California SLP licensure and credential (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a supportive team member
  • Passion for helping students build confidence and classroom skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's strengths and needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multi-disciplinary team
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
