Make a meaningful impact in K-12 education as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students for the remainder of this school year and through 2026-2027. In this contract-based opportunity located near Delhi, CA, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and help students develop vital communication skills. Both full-time and part-time candidates are encouraged to apply, offering the flexibility to suit your availability. Start dates are flexible—the district is looking for immediate support as well as planning ahead for the upcoming academic year.

In this role, you'll utilize your expertise to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children. Your specialized skills will help students overcome barriers, reach their academic potential, and thrive in a supportive environment.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
  • School-based experience strongly preferred, though all backgrounds considered
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
  • Ability to adapt session plans to meet unique student needs
  • Commitment to compliance with IEP processes and school-based documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to children with a variety of communication needs
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of services provided
  • Provide progress updates and adjust therapy plans as needed
