School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Delray Beach, Florida

Embark on an exciting opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow and make a difference across schools near vibrant Delray Beach, FL. Work on-site in a contract role supporting students with diverse needs throughout West Palm Beach and greater Palm Beach County. With multiple locations available, assignments can be combined to create a full-time position (35 hours per week, 7 hours per day), providing the flexibility to align your placement with your interests and top location preferences.

What we’re looking for:

• Graduates eligible for SLP-CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) status; SLPAs not accepted
• Active provisional Florida SLP license (Department of Health)
• Willingness to complete time-sensitive credentialing including Department of Health clearance, fingerprinting (with possible AHCA Clearinghouse verification), and a JLA badge application
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and an eagerness to grow under supervision
• Ability to thrive working across multiple campuses, supporting varied caseloads and age groups (assignment and caseload will vary by campus)
• Commitment to completing internal video interviews as part of our screening process

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language evaluation and intervention services to students as assigned
• Collaborate with supervising SLP-CCC mentors (supervision provided)
• Complete documentation and data collection per school and regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary IEP meetings and provide input for student progress
• Rotate among assigned campus locations within the district to reach a diverse group of students
