Step into a dynamic role supporting students’ communication skills as a Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow. Multiple full-time opportunities are available across various school sites in West Palm Beach, FL. This contract position begins on August 10, 2026, and runs through May 27, 2027, offering a unique chance to gain invaluable experience as part of a respected educational team. Full supervision is provided, making it ideal for Clinical Fellows interested in building a strong foundation in the field.

You’ll work on-site across one or more schools, with locations thoughtfully combined to create a full-time, 35-hour weekly schedule. Caseloads, age groups, and specific assignments may vary—giving you exposure to a diverse student population, including those in regular education, PreK, and special programs such as ASD and ESE.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active provisional Speech-Language Pathologist License from the Florida Department of Health
  • Completion of required fingerprinting (with facilitated clearance for returning Florida school-based professionals)
  • Commitment to on-site service—this position is not open to virtual/remote provision
  • Interest in working with a range of student needs across elementary and secondary settings
  • Readiness to participate in an internal video interview as part of the eligibility process

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy tailored to students’ IEPs
  • Collaborate closely with supervising SLP-CCC and school multidisciplinary teams
  • Complete comprehensive documentation, progress reporting, and maintain compliance
  • Engage in relevant school meetings, parent conferences, and professional development
  • Adapt services to fit each location’s schedule and student needs
