A rewarding opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within a school setting in Delta, Colorado. This role involves travel between various educational facilities to support students’ communication development and academic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of services and student progress
- Provide consultative services and support to classroom staff regarding speech and language strategies
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state license or certification as an SLP
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development and disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel between multiple school locations as required
