Exciting opportunities are available for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking contract positions in a dynamic and supportive school setting near Deltona, FL. Openings include full-year placements and maternity leaves spanning a range of elementary, middle, and high school settings. Strong mentorship is available, welcoming both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking supervision.

Current needs include several 5-day positions, as well as part-time options, across multiple campuses. Please indicate your site and schedule preferences when expressing interest.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Florida SLP license (CCC required)
  • Experience serving in K-12 school settings preferred
  • Must have hands-on background working with severe-profound populations and utilizing Augmentative & Alternative Communication (AAC)
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • CFs considered with supervision provided; SLPAs and virtual providers are not accepted for these roles

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals in diverse school environments
  • Administer evaluations, develop reports, and participate in eligibility meetings and IEP teams
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
  • Document progress in accordance with district and state guidelines
  • Support students with complex communication needs, including use of AAC devices
