Several contract opportunities are available for Speech Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. You'll help empower K-12 students by fostering their communication skills across one or two dynamic school sites.
Multiple positions cater to a variety of preferences:
- 0.5 FTE (approximately 20 hours): Teague Middle
- 1.0 FTE (35 hours): Educational Support Center (K-12 caseload)
- 1.0 FTE (35 hours): Split between Teague Middle & Indian Trails
Enjoy the chance to positively impact students’ progress and collaborate with a dedicated school team on-site. These contracts span the full school year, from August 10, 2026, through May 24, 2027.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Active FL State Speech Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Science Disorders, or a closely related field
- Experience in school-based SLP roles with K-12 populations is highly valued
- Strong ability to work across multiple sites (as assigned)
- Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, intervention, and therapy for K-12 students with speech/language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Complete required documentation and reporting for student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support student success in both general and special education settings
