Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or completion of CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year)
• Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain state credentials
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Previous school-based experience is preferred but not required; new graduates and experienced clinicians are welcome

Role Highlights:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Monitor and document students’ outcomes, adjusting support strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource on speech-language issues for school teams
