What we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year
  • State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Compassion, flexibility, and a student-centered focus

What you’ll be doing:

  • Evaluating and assessing students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborating with general and special education teachers, families, and support staff
  • Delivering direct speech and language therapy services
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions as needed
  • Completing all relevant documentation and IEP paperwork in compliance with school and state requirements
