Key Qualifications:

  • Valid SLP - CCC credential required
  • Experience in school-based settings highly desirable
  • Strong skills in conducting evaluations and participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
  • Previous supervisory experience or a keen interest in mentorship
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive guidance and feedback to an SLPA
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students
  • Participate in ARD meetings, collaboratively supporting student needs and program goals
  • Oversee and supervise the work of one SLPA, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards
  • Provide direct student services onsite during scheduled days
  • Complete indirect activities and supervision virtually, enabling flexibility for reporting and consultation
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in line with school and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff for optimal student outcomes
