Key Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland SLP licensure required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working in Maryland schools preferred

  • Ability to manage a varied K-12 caseload with professionalism and empathy

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school grade levels
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals
  • Conduct assessments and maintain thorough records to monitor progress and compliance
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as an advocate for student progress
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions while fostering a positive, inclusive school environment
