Qualifications & Experience:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
• Prior school-based experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and administrators
Core Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy sessions in individual and small group settings
• Maintain ongoing documentation and progress reports in compliance with school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to support student learning
• Participate in IEP meetings and assist in planning interventions
• Provide resources and support to staff and families related to communication disorders
