Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
• Experience working with children or adolescents in a school or pediatric setting
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ communication strengths and needs
• Develop and execute evidence-based therapy plans tailored to each student’s IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress reports, and treatment documentation
• Provide strategies and resources to school staff to promote effective communication in the classroom
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute knowledgeable input for student plans
• Engage in professional development to remain current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
