Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for supporting diverse learners and advocating for student success

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication screenings and assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups, to address speech and language goals
  • Monitor and document student progress; adjust interventions as needed to promote growth
  • Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student needs across learning environments
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team decision-making
