1:1 Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Denton, NC

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Relevant certification to practice in a school setting
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school
• Comfortable providing both group and 1:1 services
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals and school protocols
• Evaluate student needs using standardized assessment tools and develop targeted intervention strategies
• Provide direct 1:1 and group therapy sessions
• Collaborate with educational teams to support student progress and advocate for effective resources
• Maintain clear and timely documentation of services, progress, and communication with families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans across multiple grade levels
