Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech-Language Pathology License
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school settings serving K-12 students preferred
• Ability and willingness to supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) onsite
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Flexibility to work across various schools within the district

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to students with diverse communication needs
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track student progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Provide mentorship and supervision to onsite SLPAs as needed
• Adapt interventions and approaches based on caseload requirements and student needs
