School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive elementary school team near Denton, Texas for the upcoming school year. This full-time, school-based position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping students develop essential communication skills that support academic and social success.
The selected SLP will serve students in Pre-K through 5th grade and manage a highly reasonable caseload of approximately 50 students.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication needs
Qualifications:
• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of IEP processes and special education services
