In this dynamic district, you’ll be supported by an open-minded and friendly team, known for encouraging both early career and experienced speech-language professionals. You’ll work with a manageable caseload of 40-50 students with mild to moderate needs across 16 sites, ensuring your expertise directly impacts student growth.
What You’ll Need:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current or in-process Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Eligibility for Colorado Department of Education (CDE) licensure; please be able to share where you are in this process
- Strong knowledge of school-based SLP practice for K-8 students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to work fully onsite, as no remote or hybrid options are available
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and deliver evidence-based treatment for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in student evaluation and ongoing progress monitoring
- Provide direct and consultative therapeutic services in both individual and group settings
- Communicate effectively with staff, families, and administrators
