You’ll work onsite, traveling between multiple locations to provide essential services and connect with students and staff. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid CDE license required prior to start date
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Schools-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish (required)
- Comfortable working as an itinerant professional across multiple school sites
- Experience and willingness to support Clinical Fellows (CFs) appreciated
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments in school settings
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student progress
- Deliver direct therapy services in Spanish and English as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to advocate for students
