Your role will focus on delivering assessment, intervention, and monitoring of student progress toward measurable IEP goals. Collaboration and supervision are important aspects of this assignment, as you may assist in mentoring SLPAs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. The schools value innovative professionals who are able to respond to the needs of diverse learners, including those acquiring English as a second language.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure required
  • Current Colorado Department of Education Certificate
  • Certification as SLP-CCC or SLP-CF (both considered)
  • Proficiency with school-based IEP processes and service delivery
  • Experience in early childhood (Pre-K) settings and across school age groups preferred
  • Prior involvement working with English Language Learners or holding ESL/LDE endorsements is highly valued
  • Team-oriented with strong communication and case-management skills

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language assessments and deliver individualized therapy in Pre-K and K-8 settings
  • Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
  • Track students’ progress and update goals as needed
  • Support, mentor, and supervise SLPAs
  • Collaborate with educators and families to foster student success
