Desired skills and background:
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active Colorado SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Experience in school settings preferred; pediatric and teletherapy backgrounds welcome
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize, document, and manage caseloads efficiently
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments, crafting individualized treatment plans, and delivering therapy for students with speech, language, or communication challenges
- Utilizing evidence-based practices for both in-person and teletherapy delivery formats
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, parents, and administration, to support student success
- Monitoring and documenting progress, tailoring interventions as needed
- Participating in IEP meetings, contributing to student goal setting and progress evaluation
