This full-time contract position near Denver, CO offers the opportunity to work directly with students in a supportive, educational environment, fostering communication and language development that will impact their academic and personal growth.

What you'll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY considered
  • Prior experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents is highly valued
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
  • Conduct therapy sessions—both one-on-one and in small groups—to target speech and language goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to facilitate student success
