Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Colorado SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- CCC-SLP preferred, but open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) as well
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings highly valued
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP development
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations
- Effective communicator and collaborative team member
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students aged K-12, supporting a range of communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and contribute to the development and monitoring of IEPs
- Engage with parents, teachers, and other school professionals to support student progress
- Document interventions and maintain accurate, compliant records
- Deliver therapy using evidence-based practices tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school activities as appropriate
