Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, with strong clinical fellowship (CF) candidates considered
• Previous experience providing therapy in educational or pediatric environments
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy to PreK students in alignment with IEP goals
• Perform comprehensive assessments and create detailed reports to inform educational planning
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
• Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations with families and school teams
• Maintain up-to-date documentation tracking student outcomes and compliance standards
• Promote a positive, inclusive learning environment for all children
