Preferred for this position is someone bilingual in English and Spanish, as this skill deeply enhances communication and connection with students and families. Candidates with an active or pending CDE license in Colorado are invited to apply. Consideration is extended to Clinical Fellows (CF) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA) who bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Hybrid scheduling may be available for standout applicants, providing some flexibility while ensuring excellent service delivery.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active or pending Colorado Department of Education licensure
  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish preferred
  • Experience in school-based, pediatric, or teletherapy settings is a plus
  • CCC-SLP, CFY, or SLPA credential consideration
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Responsibilities include:

  • Assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, and communication needs within an elementary (K-4) population
  • Developing and implementing IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
  • Providing both individual and group therapy sessions
  • Maintaining timely records and communication with families and staff
  • Participating in team meetings and professional development
